Spectacular Villa Santai

Spectacular six bedroom luxury beach front villa with 60m beach frontage at Natai Beach on 6,400 m2 (4 rai) with built up area of 600m2. Overlooking the Andaman Sea, it is unique in that it is one of the very few truly beach fronted private villas. 

The grounds consists of the central area a 25m infinity pool with a kids pool adjoining. At one end of the pool is an outdoor covered dining sala with seating for 12 people. Near the beach is a sunset sala for relaxing.

The layout consists of five individual pavilions in contemporary Thai style. The central focus is the great room, a large open plan living/dining pavilion with glass doors which slide and disappear into the walls to maximize the indoor/outdoor feeling of the room and to allow flow of sea breezes. On either side, stand two pavilions each comprising three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and outside garden. The fourth pavilion is the family room, which has TV, WiFi and library. The fifth pavilion is a well equipped kitchen, which has facilities for Western and Thai cooking.

The entrance leads you to central main door and to each side are two car ports for two cars each. On entering there is a calming waterfall which reflects the relaxed surroundings to come.

No expense has been spared in the construction and finishes with teak floors and best quality with all fixtures and fittings.
